For the 2017 NCTA conference, member presentations will be scheduled for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (September 13-15). I understand that, if chosen, my session can be assigned to any of the three days of the conference and that I will be expected to make arrangements to be available at the assigned time. The Program Committee will be unable to accept special requests to present (or not present) on certain days.
I understand that, if my session is selected, I will be expected to register for the conference.

Travel Assistance

The NCTA Governing Council is offering a limited number of non-transferrable conference travel assistance awards to individual/institutional NCTA members in good standing who are lead presenters on proposals and who would be unable to attend the conference without financial assistance. The maximum amount to be awarded for conference and travel-related expenses is $1500; this amount includes the conference registration fee, up to 4 nights of lodging at the conference hotel, and transportation costs to and from the meeting. In addition to registration and lodging, covered expenses include plane tickets, airport parking, mileage, and shuttle/cab fees to and from the airport; non-conference meals and other incidentals are not covered.
Conference travel assistance applications are no longer being accepted (submission closed at 5:00 EST on March 1, 2017), but you may still submit a presentation proposal and will be notified by April 4, 2017, of the application's status.
