NCTA Appointed Positions

Archivist

The Archivist compiles and organizes documents and other materials pertinent to the NCTA Governing Board, Conferences, Treasury, Legal Matters, Policy, Professional Development, History and Development, Newsletters, Special Projects, and National Testing-Related Mailings. He/she provides copies of the bylaws, previous year's Board minutes, most recent conference program, and NCTA's history for new Board members each year.

Newsletter Editor

The Newsletter Editor compiles and edits the organization's newsletter published three times a year and solicits and requests articles for each newsletter. In addition, the Editor works with the Webmaster to post the newsletter on the web site and sends out a message on the NCTA Listserv to advise members that the newsletter is available on the web site.

State Liaison Coordinator

The State Liaison Coordinator promotes state organizations and meetings of NCTA members on a local level to increase participation and work on a state-wide level. The activities include arranging a meeting at the annual conference to gather information on and assist with state conferences and workshops and recruitment activities.

Volunteer Service Coordinator

The Volunteer Service Coordinator is responsible for identifying organizational needs for volunteers, recruiting member volunteers, and matching the volunteers to the organizational needs.
